On August 21th, there has a sharing from our Helen who learned a course for 3 days.
This course is about the managers in the organization how to achieve the development of the whole team.
First, We spend 4 hours to make a live trainning--"361"trainning (to analyse humans' advantage and disadvantage then give him a score).
The manager/boss need to "fire" the "1" and realise your team member from "6" to "3" ,cause our aim is "3" and we do hope to enhance and strengthen our team.
After this successful tranning, we are going on our further study about another topic "KPI".
In the near future, we will have our own KPI system.
We make a plan and trying to achieve our monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Not only we enjoy the sharing, but also learn something helpful and meaningful.
